About AECKraft

We set out to accelerate the digital transformation of the AEC industry.

AECKraft, is a Turkey-based SaaS project management platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, founded in 2024 by software engineer Eren Demirhan. It unifies project management, CRM, a 3D building editor, progress payment tracking, and document management in a single workspace, with KVKK-compliant Turkey data residency and full Turkish-language support.

Our Story

AECKraft was founded in Turkey in 2024 to solve the project management needs of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry on a single platform. For years we watched AEC professionals struggle with Excel spreadsheets, attachments lost in email threads, scattered communication in WhatsApp groups, and disconnected tools that did not talk to each other.

According to McKinsey Global Institute research, the construction industry generates roughly 13% of global GDP yet ranks as the third-least digitized sector after agriculture and mining. This is the primary reason productivity gains in the industry have been stuck at just 1% over the past two decades. In Turkey, the picture is even more pressing — the building inspection debates that emerged after the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes once again highlighted how essential digital transformation has become.

When designing AECKraft we anchored on two principles: first, deeply understand AEC-specific workflows — site-office coordination, progress payments, subcontractor management, 3D visualization needs, and regional compliance requirements. Second, account for the price sensitivity and fast adoption pressures that small-to-mid firms face by offering transparent pricing and a fully localized interface that uses correct industry terminology.

Founder & Lead Software Engineer

Brought AECKraft to life by combining hands-on software engineering experience with deep research into AEC industry workflows. Designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS architecture on React, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, with an integrated 3D building editor (Three.js) and full Turkish/English bilingual support.

In addition to AECKraft, also founded Althera Games, an İzmir-based independent game studio behind Potion Rise Simulator and NightRecord: Thin Walls.
